The Kansas Expanded Lottery Act (Senate Bill 66) was signed by Governor Sebelius on April 11, 2007. The act includes a provision for 2% of the lottery gaming facility revenues and 2% of net electronic gaming machine income to be paid to the Problem Gambling and Addictions Grant Fund.
